Occupy Wall Street is quickly approaching its third month as an international movement.

Although there are still some who would dismiss OWS as just “a bunch of dirty hippies,” or “a movement to destroy capitalism,” one only has to take a look at the facts to see this couldn’t be further from the truth.

At its core, Occupy Wall Street is a movement to rid the country of the political and financial corruption that has stifled innovation and oppressed the lower classes for decades. The growing economic disparity in America is bad–for business, for people, for the environment, and for our national security.
